Welcome to the GetGP Webmail
Help
This document was developed to guide you through a successful logon to the GetGP Webmail System, also known as Outlook Web Access. You may want to print this document or download the PDF version to your computer for later reference.
To connect to the GetGP Webmail, we recommend you connect with these minimum specifications:
You can access your Webmail by logging on to the GPRIME web site via http://www.getgp.net.au. You can also directly access the Webmail by going to https://webmail.getgp.net.au in your Web Browser.
Before logging in, you may occasionally see a message similar to this:

This is simply a warning to let you know that your browser is changing from an insecure to a secure connection. GetGP uses a secure encrypted connection to log in to your email.
Secure connections require a Security Certificate which the GetGP Webmail server will transmit to you. Simply click “Yes” when you receive the message below to accept the certificate:

You will now be taken to the logon screen. Enter your username and password and click “Log On”.
Your logon is the first part of your email address (without the @). For example, if your email address is firstname.lastname@getgp.net.au, your login is simply firstname.lastname. Note that this is different to the logon of the old Webmail system where the full email address was required.
If available, you can also choose to use the Basic Client which will speed up low-speed connections.

After you log on successfully, your screen will look similar to Microsoft Outlook:

Being a secured connection, your session will timeout automatically after around 10 minutes of inactivity, but you should always click “Log Off” in the top right corner when you are finished.
